Lee Dixon - 287.39 Performance Pts
Born: 17/03/1964 Manchester, England
Position: Full Back Height: 1.73m Weight: 73kg
A 20-year career, including 14 years with Arsenal, earned Dixon 4 League titles and 22 England caps. He signed for Arsenal in 1988, and joined up with former Stoke team-mate Steve Bould to form part of the much-heralded, long-serving Arsenal back-four. Having played at lower-league level for many seasons earlier in his career, Dixon retired in 2002 having played at 91 of the 92 Football League grounds - Craven Cottage is the exception. He did manage to score a couple of comedy own goals in his career - the lob over David Seaman against Coventry in 1991 was a particular classic, although his header against Ipswich in 1994 wasn't bad either. His main activity since retirement has been as a pundit, most frequently on ITV, but he has also undertaken numerous charity bike rides. He's also been involved in the restaurant industry - he's good friends with Heston Blumenthal.
