Liam Brady - 277.71 Performance Pts
Born: 13/02/1956 Dublin, Ireland
Position: Midfielder Height: 1.74m Weight: 72kg
Brady was much loved at Arsenal, where his stylish, intelligent midfield play was easy on the eye. Brady helped the Gunners reached 3 consecutive FA Cup Finals, including the famous last-gasp win against Manchester United in 1979. He left Arsenal in 1980 and played in Serie A for several years, initially (and most successfully) with Juventus, winning the Scudetto in 1981 and 1982. He returned to England with West Ham in 1987, but the Hammers were struggling at the wrong end of the table and were relegated in 1989. He's been a manager (with Celtic and Brighton) and a pundit since retiring (including co-commentating on Ireland's matches for the BBC at the 1990 and 1994 World Cups).
