It started
so well for Armand - winning the Ligue Un title with Nantes in his first season
(2000-01) with them, having started his career with Clermont the previous
season. He had to wait 12 years for his next one. He joined Paris Saint Germain
in 2004, finally collecting a league title with them in 2013, his final season
in the capital. He then spent 4 years with Rennes, before retiring in 2017,
having made over 500 Ligue Un appearances. He played as a left-back and was
never selected at international level.
