Raheem Sterling - 266.99 Performance Pts
Born: 08/12/1994 Kingston, Jamaica
Position: Forward Height: 1.72m Weight: 74kg
Having started on the books of QPR as a youth player,
Sterling went on to represent three clubs who were perennially in contention
for trophies – Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea. However, it was only
during his time at the Etihad that he actually won titles, including the
domestic treble in 2019. 25 goals, including two in the 6-0 FA Cup final
victory over Watford, underlined Sterling’s contribution that season. Having
grown up near Wembley, it was fitting that Sterling should play such a starring
role as England reached the Euro 2020 final, producing his best international
performances and contributing three goals during the tournament. He’s faded
somewhat from the England scene, but the door remains open if he can recapture
that sort of form at loan club, Arsenal. Having been subjected to abuse, both from within stadia and
at times in the media, Sterling is a committed anti-racism campaigner. He was awarded an
MBE in 2021 for services to racial equality in sport.
